4. Compliance with Apple Guidelines

The App complies with Apple’s guidelines (5.2.3 - Legal). The App strictly uses this data for displaying match highlights and related content, with no unauthorized streaming or commercial distribution.

5. Restrictions

  • No Redistribution: You may not redistribute ScoreBat's data outside of the App.
  • No Commercial Use: Commercial use of the API data requires a separate commercial license agreement with ScoreBat.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Armenia.
